- 25% deposit required at time of booking, which is non refundable. Where full payment has been received 75% will be refundable up to 72 hours prior to commencement of hire period.
Cancellation within 72 hours of booked time will be charged at full rate.
Once your booking has been accepted we refuse all other booking requests that could conflict with yours for that vehicle on that particular day.
- Any alterations to the hire details originally booked may be subject to additional charges, if the changes involve extra time and or distance covered.
- Minimum charge two hours

- 25% surcharge for journeys starting or ending between midnight and 7.00am

- All parking, tolls, congestion charges and entrance fees are charged extra at cost
- Hiring charges start on arrival at collection point and end after drop off at final destination, subject to these locations being within a 3 mile radius of Weybridge Town Centre. An additional charge may be levied for collection / drop off outside of this radius, but this will be confirmed at time of booking.
- Although vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British Law, Customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
- We reserve the right to invoice the client or deduct by credit/debit card for any repairs, replacements, or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or their passengers. This includes food and drink which are allowed in the vehicle at the discretion of the driver.
- The driver will at all times travel by a route which is in his/her opinion, the best and most convenient route for motoring unless otherwise instructed by the client. Charges will be calculated on actual time and mileage covered and are not negotiable.
- Every effort will be made to ensure that vehicles arrive for pick up and reach their destinations on time. However the Company shall not be liable for any delays or consequential losses that occur beyond its control.
- The Company and its Chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger.
- The Company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
